When Covid Came To Town

In March 2020, the world shut down. Movie theaters, restaurants, Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens — all closed. Joel D. Wynkoop and his wife Cathy took to the streets of Tampa to document what we were all living through: news stories, masks, sold-out shelves, one-way traffic in store aisles, and pure chaos.
